Spaulding Hill Networks announces their new division:CJIS Compliancy Solutions

CJIS Compliancy Solutions (CCS) provides solutions for police agencies, municipalities, and court systems in the New England area to achieve compliance with the FBI’s CJIS 5.1 Mandate.

Nashua, NH, June 11, 2013 –Today, Spaulding Hill Networks, LLC announced their newly created division for Law Enforcement Agencies, CJIS Compliancy Solutions.

CJIS Compliancy Solutions (CCS) was created to work specifically with law enforcement agencies, courts and municipalities to become compliant with the FBI’s CJIS 5.1 Mandate by the September 30, 2014 deadline.

“On September 30, 2014, the new rules go into effect for accessing data provided by the federal government’s Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS). By that date, any local government agency that accesses that information must be compliant to the CJIS 5.1 Mandate or they will risk being denied access to CJI or NCIC databases and may be subject to hefty  fines”, explains Thomas Roy, the Director of Business Development at CJIS Compliancy Solutions. “The 142 page mandate is very specific on the FBI’s requirements –  from the methods of how to access the CJIS database all the way down to the written policies and procedures that each agency must have documented and in practice.  Many New England law enforcement agencies are faced with this daunting project of compliance and we want to help take that burden off of them.”

Spaulding Hill Networks LLC has been the trusted advisers for New England municipalities, police departments, fire departments, schools and businesses since 2000.  Their success has been achieved through many years of experience in Voice & Data Network Design, Security, Integration, Implementation and Outstanding Customer Service with a proven track record of providing effective solutions within time frames and budgets. The company currently holds and maintains a large number of managed service contracts for local towns and government agencies.

“As your CJIS Compliancy Solutions provider, we will remove the burden of having to decipher the CJIS Mandate to achieve compliance. We have developed strategic partnerships with CJIS compliant vendors and we will guide the agency with choosing the best products and solutions to implement, assist in all of the required policies and procedures documents, and work directly with the State’s Compliance Officers on their behalf”, states Roy.
